The use of PP-C material is very similar to the use of PP-H material. The main difference is at the application temperature as the PP-C does not bend below 0 ° C and the material can be used and loaded up to -30 ° C. PP-C material is most used to build tanks and pools.
Thanks to UV stabilization in basic design in black, high chemical resistance and excellent weldability, the material has a wide range of uses. The material is ideal for the construction of outdoor tanks, pools, outdoor partitions, washers and others. Other features include excellent electroinsulating properties and medical harmlesness.

The main features of the polyamide include high strength and stiffness, good abrasion resistance, low friction coefficient and good mechanical machining. Polyamide is most used for the production of gears, bearings, pulleys and various machine components. PA 6 has good chemical resistance to hydrocarbons, fats, oils and other organic compounds. The drawback is the absorption of the material, approximately 1.5 to 3%. It is a very widespread material that is most used for the production of machine parts such as pulleys, gears, housings, guiding and damping elements and many other parts.
Polyamide 66 is characterized by increased mechanical stiffness and strength over a wide temperature range, shock resistance, perfect sliding properties, perfect machinability, good weldability, good material for contact with food, good electro insulating properties and good adhesion properties. PA 66 has good chemical resistance to hydrocarbons, fats, oils and other organic compounds. The disadvantage is the absorption of the material up to 2.7%. PA 66 is most used for the production of machine parts such as pulleys, gears, housings, guide and damping elements, spatula and many other parts.
Features very similar to PA 6, high hardness, strength, excellent abrasion resistance, low friction coefficient, lightweight machining, good chemical resistance but minimally absorbent (0.1-0.2%). Perfect shock toughness up to -40 ° C. Thanks to its perfect dimensional stability, this material is ideal for producing gears, small precision parts, pulleys, bearings and components for most components.
Polyethylene terephthalate of the polyester family is characterized by excellent dimensional stability (better than PA and POM), extremely high strength and hardness. The material has good sliding properties, good abrasion resistance, perfect machinability, weldability and very low water absorption. PET is suitable for use in the food and chemical industry.

PTFE or Teflon, is characterized by excellent resistance to extreme temperatures, both extremely low and extremely high. application range -170 to + 250 ° C. Other important properties of this material include excellent chemical resistance, excellent sliding properties, excellent electro-insulating properties and excellent resistance to external influences. Teflon is often used for the production of bearings, sliding housings, piston rings, and machine parts where high temperature resistance or excellent sliding properties are required. Teflon is also often used as an additive in making other materials, thus providing even better sliding properties.
The main features of PVDF include extreme resistance to external influences and certain chemicals such as acids, oxidants, chlorinated solvents and others. Other PVDF properties include high temperature resistance, high strength and stiffness, high impact resistance even at very low temperatures, good sliding properties and high purity (without plasticizers, sliding additives, flame retardants). Perfect weldability and good heat-forming properties. PVDF is often used for the manufacture of valves and other parts of pumps, seals, pipes and containers for various chemicals and similar applications. The material is suitable for contact with food.
PEEK is a heavily flammable and self-extinguishing material with a short-term temperature up to 310 ° C. The main advantages of this material include excellent dimensional stability at different temperatures, high strength and hardness at high temperatures, very resistant material against low temperature impact, excellent sliding properties and abrasion resistance, good thermoforming properties, good insulation properties in high temperature range , high resistance to high energy (radiation).
Excellent dimensional stability, good transparency, highly flame-retardant and flame-retardant material that produces very small amounts of smoke in the event of combustion, high resistance to X-rays and gamma rays, high strength, stiffness and hardness over a wide temperature range, good weldability, machinability, good electrical insulation properties. The material is mostly used in health care and in the food industry.

PEI is an unreinforced polyetherimide, suitable for contact with foods, that exhibits high mechanical strength and rigidity. The characteristic profile includes very good hydrolysis resistance, and dimensional stability, combined with a relatively high long term service temperature.

Virtually unbreakable transparent material with excellent scratch resistance, half glass weight, excellent light transmission (up to 85%), good thermal and sound insulation properties, high impact strength even at very low temperatures and good dimensional stability up to 140 ° C makes this material ideal material in the building industry such as roofing, safety fillers, production of safety covers of machines, anti-noise walls. Used for CD, DVD, mobile phones and other applications. Polycarbonate can be supplied in modified versions including UV stabilization and / or in a lighter / cheaper version.
It is a transparent material with excellent optical properties, suitable for direct contact with food, in basic design without UV stabilization.
